One problem related to underhood wiring has been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Headlights dim sharply in cold weather or traveling in wet conditions. If I hit a puddle in the road this will happen also or I might lose them all together, for about 30 seconds. This seems to be from insufficient insulating of wire harness. Could cause a fire or severe accident, especially if traveling on a highway.
