One problem related to fuel injection rail has been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Neon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Fuel leaking from the fuel rail to return hose connection caused the fuel vapors to ignite from the sparks which were created during normal operation, resulting in fire and major property damage.
