One problem related to fuel pump has been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Neon. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving vehicle died and had to be towed. Put in battery/fuel pump and a starter, and vehicle still cut off. Dealer didn't seem to know what the problem was. Consumer felt unsafe when traveling.
