One problem related to gas recirculation valve (egr valve) has been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Engine: when driving down freeway and coming onto a turn at 45 degree angle wheel locks up and engine completely dies. . Have taken in for repairs but can't duplicate problem.
