Three problems related to fuel hoses lines/piping and fittings have been reported for the 1997 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The fuel line cracked causing fuel to leak onto the manifold allowing fumes to escape into the vehicle. Fuel line had to be replaced.
The fuel line from the gas tank to the fuel injection passed over the manifold and developed a hole due to the expansion and contraction of the heat and cold, which caused the fuel to leak on the manifold which was hot and the fumes was pushed back into the vehicle. Ts.
Vehicle locked up and shut down without prior warning. Fuel gauge acknowledged a fuel tank. But there was no gasoline, and vehicle shut down.
