One problem related to engine clicking and tapping noises has been reported for the 1998 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The goodyear tires had to be replaced at 33000 miles. The engine has been making a clicking noise (sounds like a bad lifter)& using aprox. 1 quart of oil per 1000 miles. I have had the vehicle in for these problems on at least six different occasions with no satisfaction. The service department informed me that there was nothing wrong with the engine,that the oil consumption is not considered excesive and the clicking is normal .
