1 Brake Disc Rotor problem

Failure Date: 09/01/2004

Front and rear brakes are wearing out too soon on minivan. Got brake work done on 10/5/02, 11/5/03, 3/26/04, 8/3/04 and 9/4/04.

2 Brake Disc Rotor problem

Failure Date: 03/03/2004

When brakes are applied there is a delay before the vehicle will stop. Vehicle was taken to the dealer, mechanic determined that consumer needed to drive the vehicle more often. Also, rotors and pads were rusted.

3 Brake Disc Rotor problem

Failure Date: 09/26/2000

While driving consumer heard a loud noise coming from the front. Vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that the rotors needed to be replaced, and replaced them six times. However, the problem recurred.
