The transmission goes into gear without depressing the brake. The guide plates had damaging spots. The brakes had excessive clearance and damaged the trailing edge. The vehicle would be in operation at a stop on a slight incline, the gear was in drive, with the foot removed from the brake and the vehicle would roll backwards; (the same for reverse), the lens covers on the vehicle have yellowed and or had become opaque.
