2004 Saturn Ion right front tire blew out resulting in the driver losing control of the vehicle. ** answer required***. The right front strut kit was replaced. All the parts that were used for the repair came from Saturn. The vehicle strut bracket that was welded to the strut which held the sway bar link had broken off and cut into the tire causing the tire to blow out.
