Headlights and dashlights constantly dim briefly while driving at a constant speed. Other drivers think that I am flashing my lights at them. I have had the Saturn dealer look at the car 2 times. They claim everything is functioning as designed. In my 15 minute drive to work, lights dim out approximately 20 times.

Headlights and dashboard lights flicker at speeds of 65-70 mph. Other electronics components do not seem to be effected.
Headlights flicker when break and clutch are applied. They also flicker when just normal driving. This is an intermittent problem.
Headlights were flickering, they dimed and went back to normal several times. No dash indicator inlluminates. It appears as if the charging sytem ouits and restarts.
Head lights are not adjusted properly causing poor visibility. Mjs.

While driving at 45/50 mph three functions failed to operate simultaneously; accelerator/brakes and steering wheel. Also while driving at night headlights quit working without warning.
While driving at various speeds, with the headlights on, the headlights and dash lights dim for no known reason, either with or without depressing the brake pedal getting the same result. Was told by Saturn dealer that this was common and nothing could be done to fix the problem. I would think that voltage regulation would be a simple thing to fix.

It does not appear to effect any other electrical components (radio, heat, windows etc. ). It is quite annoying. I have had the car back to the dealer 2 times for this problem and it won't repeat for them. At the last visit they had the car several days and it wouldn't repeat. I have also noticed this on an oncoming Saturn.
Headlights flicker or may go out completely with no warning. Dealership has had vehicle in for repairs, twice with condition still existing. Please describe details.
