This complaint is in regards to TSB 09-07-30-012b for a 2008 Saturn Outlook . This issue with the clutch wave plate caused my entire automatic transmission to fail as well as major damage to transfer case that could not be repaired. The endstate was a complete replacement of the automatic transmission as well as the transfer case with a cost of over $6k. The mileage on this vehicle was 74,563 and all required maintenance conducted in a timely manner. The transmission failed while on the freeway traveling at 65mph almost causing an major accident because of the power train failure.
