Some runs on my leg while I'm driving where the brake pads and gas pedal are which have wires there that are electrical on top of the floors being soaked that's a fire hazard.
Tl-the contact owns a 2008 Saturn Outlook. The contact stated that their sun roof leaks. When it rained, water came through the roof and now this was a distraction. The vehicle was taken to the local mechanic to be repaired. However, the vehicle was repaired twice and the repair failed both times. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 148,000. Jw.
Driver's side windshield wiper failure. This was a recall for Saturn Outlook in 2007 - 2008. This is the same failure as that recall. The Outlook 2009 should have been included in this recall. Luckily it failed in my driveway.

When coming out of my drive way I noticed it was hard to steered. I am having problems steering the truck to the right and left. The steering wheel is very hard. The tires always loosing air. The wipers or the windshield have very poor visibility.
The contact owns a 2008 Saturn Outlook. While driving various speeds, the windshield wipers failed to work without warning and impacted the contact's visibility. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who diagnosed that the wiper linkages failed and that the windshield wiper linkages, the wiper crank arm, and the driver side crank arm nut failed. The vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 08v410000 (visibility). The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
I have been noticing that my driver side and passenger side floors are getting soaked with water. This has been happening for about a month. The main problem was that my it was just above freezing and I had ice built up on the inside of my windshield and had to wait to get it to defrost and then dry the windshield before I could drive the vehicle. At first I thought the sunroof was left cracked so I took the floormats out and during the day, left the sunroof and windows open to dry out the car. This did not work or solve the problem. I took my car to a car wash today (11/9/14) and when I was leaving the lot, I was on a slight downward slope to stop before entering the street. I noticed that water was coming through the driver side a pillar where the airbag logo is at. On the passenger side, water was running down the inside of the windshield on the dash, getting the passenger wet. Very frustrated that there is no recall for the sunroof leak as general motors knows of the problem but will not fix the problem as it is due to the sunroof drains/drainage tubes.

Plastic t connectors for washer fluid nozzles have broken off leaving them to spray washer fluid over the entire engine compartment. Wiper arms have inadequate pressure to create a clean wiping pattern with any brand of windshield wipers. These two problems combine to create a serious visual impairment especially in misting or wet pavement scenarios.
The car just caught on fire. The fire started under the hood and in the dash. The front of the car burned up completely. The car is a total loss.

Driving down the highway at 60mph when car slowed down to 10-15mph. Had to place my emergency lights on in order not to get hit by passing vehicles and move to the emergency lane. I had to turn off the car in order for the accelerator to work again. After the first incident the vehicle kept on stalling. Took the vehicle to the dealer and it turns out its the throttle body that's malfunctioning. The warranty I purchased does not cover this type of part, I don't even have a year with this vehicle. In doing my research I find out that there has been an investigation on this vehicle on foresaid problem around the time I purchased the vehicle. The investigation is still opened. Investigation number pe13-003. The Ford dealership is charging me close to $700 in order to get this part fixed. They did not provide this information to me I had to look it up my self. They also did not provide me with a renter car I had to purchase one on my own. Its just unfair.
We purchased this 2007 Outlook back in April of this year. The dealership gave us a sheet that purported to indicate that the vehicle had gone through a full inspection and was clean. We live in north florida and have had a lot of rain lately. Every time it rains, water gets into the doors and into the vehicle itself - we can hear it sloshing around in the doors and in the dash of the vehicle - and there will be water, as much as half an inch, on the floorboards of the vehicle. This is wreaking havoc with the electrical system, and sometimes there will be the smell of something burning. The fans, particularly in the back of the vehicle, are running intermittently; there is a crackling noise that comes through the radio speakers even when the radio system is turned off, and there is so much moisture in the vehicle that the windows fog, making it impossible to see, and the fog is difficult to clear even with the defrost system because it's not being caused by cool temperatures but rather by the moisture in the vehicle. Yesterday, I drove it to walmart and then home after work with no problems, parked it in our driveway, and didn't leave the house the rest of the day; this morning, we went outside, and when my husband put the key in the ignition to start the car, it wouldn't start at all, and then he couldn't get his key out of the ignition; we had to lock the doors manually and leave it there with the keys in it. Back in June, one of our local news stations reported on a recall of 194,000 gm suvs for similar issues with water leaking into the doors and that gm would be contacting owners of affected models to bring their vehicles in for repairs, but we have not received any kind of notification from gm, and ours is obviously one of the vehicles affected.
We purchased this Saturn Outlook in may of 2013, it was used but very well taken care of. Soon after we purchased the vehicle, the headlights periodically go out. It is not the bulb because the bulb comes back on, but in the electrical wiring, we have owned this car for almost 2 years and countless times the headlights will completely go off while we are driving! this is frightening and so very dangerous. I know of other Outlook owners that have the same exact problem! please do a recall and help us, before someone gets hurt in a horrible accident from their headlights going out while they are driving!.
Vehicle has had 3 major transmission warranty repairs done tone NHTSA # 10030729, two engine warranty repairs (water pump, engine seals) and one electrical recalls NHTSA # 08v44100 wire harness which is a fire hazard and one windshield wiper/washer linkage 08v410000 which could result in a vehicle crash.
Complete failure of front windshield wiper assembly during rainstorms. Failures have occurred three times and been repaired by dealer. Two of the failures occurred during heavy rainstorms on the highway.
During a snow storm my windshield wipers stopped working. Went to dealership and wiper linkage became detached from motor shaft causing it to become inoperative.
Windshield wipers stopped midcycle wipe and would not move up or down. This has occurred twice now, the first time around April 12th, 2008 and now today (may 7th, 2008). After the first incident the vehicle was taken to the dealership for service, where it was discovered that the locking nut between the wiper motor and the wiper linkage had come loose/off. The incident today caused two near miss accidents while my wife got the vehicle off the road and into a parking lot as we are experiencing extremely heavy rainfall.
