The contact owns a 2006 Suzuki Verona. While driving at speeds of 5 mph in snowy weather, the transmission began slipping while traveling uphill. The dealer stated that the accelerator pedal attempted to synchronize with the computer. The contact stated that the transmission had previously been repaired under the factory warranty due to the identical failure. The manufacturer was contacted and was hesitant to offer any assistance with a second repair to the transmission per the factory warranty.
