The contact owns a 2002 Suzuki xl-7. While driving 35 mph downhill on paved roads, the front brakes failed and caused the vehicle to pull to the right. The contact owns a 2005 Suzuki xl-7. While driving between 2-60 mph with the brake pedal depressed, the vehicle shuttered before decelerating. The dealer stated that the front rotors overheated and caused the brakes to fail. The rotors and pads were replaced in June of 2007 and February of 2008. The failure mileage was 32,200 and current mileage was 42,883.

While driving at 35 mph consumer depressed the brakes and the pedal went to the floor. Vehicle never slowed down. Consumer eventually had to use the emergency brakes to stop the vehicle. Dealer replaced the pads and the rotors, but the problem recurred.
