This is the third time that my front brakes have locked up @ speeds less than 35 mph causing the entire vehicle to skid & not be able to turn. The first 2 times I stopped in time, this time I slid for at least 4 seconds before my vehicle rear-ended another. Causing minor damage to the other vehicle and half of my front bumper scratched, discolored, and pushed in.

While driving on an incline at 15 mph and applying the brake pedal consumer heard a clicking sound, and lost brakingpower. Consumer's vehicle ran into the back of another vehicle. Dealer was not notified.
