Power Steering Fluid problems of the 2017 Tesla Model X

The contact owns a 2017 Tesla Model X. The contact stated while exiting the driveway and attempting to make a turn, the steering wheel became difficult to maneuver. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact stated that the failure had been reoccurring and the steering wheel would continually go from difficult to maneuver to loose while driving. The dealer was not made aware of the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the dealer. The vehicle was repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 45,000.
