Went to get and oil change, when my car was returned the car started to vibrate very time I was at a stop sign, then the check engine light came over 12-13 times all with different codes. . . My car keeps stalling and restarting. . . The brakes is making a grinding sound just got the brakes done. . . Fuel injection cleaning . . . And the right rear light keeps malfunctioning even after I've change the bulbs on several times. . .

I was driving my 1999 Toyota 4-runner, down the road when all of a sudden I heard a grinding noise, instantly the engine started to shake and then loud grinding noise, the car quit and oil everywhere. I had thrown a rod. No warning at all. Service maintenance maintained. No reason for the engine to blow!.
