Five problems related to tire sidewall have been reported for the 1998 Toyota Camry. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tire sidewall blew out. Tire tread still in excellent condition. (tiresize: 205 65 r15).
While making a sharp right turn right front tire suddenly deflated. Rubber is torn from 1 inch into sidewall to 2 inches into tread. Hole which caused flat is in the sidewall. (tiresize: p205/70r14).
Sidewall completely disentergrated at 60 mph on interstate. Rotated/balanced/good tread remaining. No cut / puncture. Did not run over anything. (dot number: acrw2w5377 tiresize: p195/70r14).
Left rear good year tire (p195/70 r14) went flat due to sidewall damage, while driving. Yh.
Hole on top sidewall caused the tire to go flat while driving on the freeway (goodyear integrity p195/70r14). Nlm.
