Abs brake failure on my 2010 Toyota Camry. No accidents, as I have been through two professional driving courses. However, hearing the incidents of the prius brake issues caught my attention. There is an inconsistency with the operation of the abs system on my johnson & johnson fleet Camry that was delivered in October, 2009 (2010 model). If there is a need to "tap the brakes" they will lock up and the car lunges forward. When applying the abs brakes on gravel or loose/uneven pavement, it makes a clicking noise and the car seems to "hop," rather than come to an appropriate stop. It seems identical to reports/complaints that I've heard around the prius. Normally, I would not even consider sending an alert to you. However, hearing interviews on the news and reading further about the recall, I felt very compelled to let you know. I am the assigned driver to this fleet vehicle. It is owned & licensed to johnson & johnson healthcare services.
