Tl the contact owns a 2018 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that the lane departure feature failed to operate. While driving, another vehicle pulled in front of the contact. The contact struck the front middle portion of the other vehicle. None of the air bags deployed. The driver sustained multiple bruises, a broken sternum, and whiplash and was transported to the hospital for medical attention. A police report was filed. The insurance company was notified of the crash, but had not yet inspected and diagnosed the cause of the failure. The vehicle was towed to a facility. A dealer had not inspected the vehicle yet.
