Windshield Problems of Toyota Camry Hybrid

Oily residue on inside of windshield from a/c vents. I have been into koons Toyota on three different times for this problem, the last time being 01 Aug 07. Service manager replied as follows: contacted district manager. Advised that condition is normal as a result of interior plastics and fabrics breathing.

Driver's and passenger's sunvisor droops down about 30-60 degrees from horizontal when pivoted toward windshield to block-out sun. The drooping driver's side sunvisor partially impaired forward vision when it drooped down too far (about 30 degrees) while driving. This could have caused a collision. The passenger's sunvisor droops down about 60 degrees from horizontal when moved toward windshield. One visor has been replaced once under warranty but it still droops. This defect may not have been corrected in newer sunvisor parts.
