Driving straight at 40 mph on dry, level pavement. Passenger side front tire blew out, causing vehicle to hit curb. Vehicle was safely stopped. Tire has large hole in sidewall. (dot number: w2mof6l279 tiresize: p205/70r15).

While traveling at 35 mph, two tires had blowouts, (tires manufactured by dunlop), which caused wheel damage to the vehicle.

Pe00-020, tire size 20570r15 original equipment on 2000 Toyota Sienna, with 800 miles on the vehicle, driver's rear tire wire broke in the tire, causing tire to have a blowout and shred apart. Firestone replaced tires with the sametype of tires.
