Could the number of complaints be low due to the fact that this fault comes up earlier on most vehicles and they are covered by their warranty and thus not a concern?.

The code showed that the wiring harness to the air bags failed and the wiring harness needed to be replaced. The contact owns a 2005 Toyota Sienna le. The contact stated that the front driver and passenger seat belts were inoperative.
