Consumer is unable to tighten seatbelt, causing it to be loose. Consumer states the drivers side shoulder/lap belt constantly gets wedged in the side pillar belt guide, when consumer first gets into the vehicle, and latches the buckle he has to pull an excess amount of belt out and expects the excess to retract when the buckle is latched, however the slack stays in the belt, in order to tighten up the belt consumer has to reach the pillar guide and eliminate the bunching that causes the hang up of the belt.
