Tl-the contact owns a 2010 Toyota Venza. The contact stated that while driving through a drive thru car wash, the accelerator pedal got stuck and the vehicle crashed into a wall. There were no injuries, a police report was not filed since there was no damage to the car wash wall. The vehicle was damaged with the bumper pushed back, the radiator. The battery and the hood smashed inward by a foot. The internal damage could not be seen since the hood can not currently be opened. The insurance company will call the contact back. The dealer and manufacturer had not been contacted yet. And the air bags did not deploy. The distance to the vehicle impact of the wall was about 15 to 20 feet. The failure mileage was 110,000. Tf.

Parked the car, locked it. About a minute later noticed smoke, then fire, very intense. The entire engine compartment was destroyed (radiator melted), front tire burned, and the fire damaged dashboard and interior as well. A car parked nearby was also scorched.
