The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership where it was repaired several times. The contact noticed mold and mildew on the carpet on both sides. A mechanic informed the contact that the leak was caused by tissue and napkins in the glove box clogging the drain valve. If the contact left the glove box empty, it did not leak. The failure mileage was approximately 14,000. The current mileage was approximately 70,000.
