The contact stated that while driving at 35 mph, the power window switch for the passenger side on the master switch was activated but the window failed to roll down. The contact then activated the power switch on the passenger side. The switch initially functioned but then failed to function. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact was aware of NHTSA campaign number: 12v491000 (visibility) but the VIN was not included. The failure mileage was 99,000. Pam.
