Vehicle Speed Control Problems of Toyota Yaris - part 2

Was traveling on constantine drive on my way to beach blvd in huntington beach. I was going approximately 15 mph, I had glanced down to look at my navigation system I noticed that I was close to a parked car and put on my brakes. I ended up striking the left tail light of a parked 2010 - blue - Ford element. The point of impact was my right front taillight. My car flipped over in one fell swoop and landed upside down. Eyewitnesses to the crash believe that a gust of wind caused the car to flip over. The police who arrived on the scene shortly thereafter could not find a justification for what had occurred at the low rate of speed that I was traveling.
