Abs Brake Fail Problems of Volkswagen EOS

Esp/abs error. Lights on. I almost crashed into someone's car due to my abs brakes failing on me. I was on the highway driving approximately 75 miles per hour. Came up on a traffic jam at a stand still. Scariest moment of my life. Though I was going to die. This needs to be addressed immediately.
