Tire Tread/belt Problems of Volkswagen Passat

: the contact stated while driving various speeds, the steering wheel vibrated. This occurred on three occasions. The vehicle was driven to the dealer each time, who determined the passenger front and both rear tires experienced tread separation. The tires were replaced. The tires were cooper dominator p195/65r15.

While driving 75 mph, the front driver side tire tread separated without warning.

I have had excessive tread wear in 2 years versus actual driven mileage for my michelin energy mxv4 +, 205/55hr16 tires. The tire manufacturer refuses to live up to the 50,,000 mile warranty. Driving these tires with any moisture on the road has caused many near miss accidents. They are dangerous for the consumer to have on their car and a government inquiry should be performed to judge whether they are the subject of a recall.

The back left tire tread experienced tread separation.

At 10,000 miles the tread separated on the right rear side. The same problem happened on 7/5/2003 at 22,000. The tread separated on the right rear side. Michelin xfe mxv4+.

While driving, the michelin mxv4 tire (p205 65 r15) failed, with only 5600 miles on the tire.

Consumer felt a vibration in the steering wheel but by the time the consumer pulled over to the side of the road the left rear tire completly shredded/blownout (michelin mxv4 plus tire 205/65r15p). Nlm.
