Car is just back from the dealer for 40k service 2 days ago, while driving about 35mph a turtle icon and a check engine light came on car rate limited itself to 25mph had I been on a faster road I would’ve likely been rear ended.
This incident only occurs when placing the vehicle into drive after first having reversed. It happens intermittently. After reversing, the vehicle is stopped, place into b, which is drive with extra regenerative braking, and then the accelerator is press. The vehicle does not move. As the accelerator is pressed further, the transmission slams into gear and the vehicle launches with all the vigor of a vehicle that has the accelerator pressed to the floor. The vehicle was delivered to the dealer for diagnostics. There were not diagnostic code present, and they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. They confirmed the correct software revisions were installed.
