1 Electrical System problem of the 2024 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 08/27/2026

Electrical, parking collision warning, and rear cross traffic warning. Electrical is the root cause. . . . . . . . The entire audio subsystem drops after the aaos 5. 1. 17 update. It’s not just the rear cross traffic and parking collision warnings: all audio goes, including media, chimes, reverse proximity tones, and even the turn-signal/blinker sound. The rear camera still shows an image, so it’s not obvious the audible alerts are gone, which is what makes it dangerous. Rebooting the head unit fixes it temporarily, then it comes back.

2 Electrical System problem of the 2019 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 08/18/2026

I was pulling into a parking spot in a strip mall parking lot. When I braked after turning into the parking spot, the brakes failed. The car moved forward and hit the chevy suburban parked in front of it and started to push it. The automatic collision avoidance system did not stop the car, either. The owner of the suburban was in that vehicle and was able to put it in gear and move it out of the way. My car continued to move forward at the speed it had been going at when the brakes failed so apparently it was still accelerating. The car then ran into a concrete bollard, and that stopped the car. The control panel was completely blank and the car could not be restarted. The car incurred front end damage and was towed to a collision shop, where it is now. When returned, it will go to the Volvo dealership to be checked out. I don't know whether the problem can be reproduced; by the time the two truck arrive an hour after the incident, the car could be started and appeared to be operating normally.

3 Electrical System problem of the 2020 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 08/15/2026

On two separate occasions in the past two months June 6 and Aug. 15, this vehicle experienced a severe unintended engine surge / unintended acceleration event while at a complete stop with my foot firmly on the brake. On both occasions, the engine rpms spiked above 1,000 rpm, forcing the vehicle to pull heavily against the brakes as if trying to race forward into the intersection. On the most recent event (Aug. 15) when stopping at a red light it appeared that the supercharger kicked in, pulling against the brakes. Six or eight pedestrians were crossing directly in front of the vehicle. If I had taken my foot of the brake I would have hit them. 1. June 12, 2026 service visit (ro #192480, attached): following the June 6 incident, the vehicle was brought to beyer Volvo cars falls church, va. The repair order explicitly notes:"tech found the front sunroof drains to have clogged with dirt/debris and the floorboard to be full of water. ""interior was removed to dry out carpets and the sunroof drains were cleared. " clogged sunroof drains cause water ingress down the a pillar. 2. Diagnostic code & part replacement: during this visit, fault code 161615 was retrieved. The technician noted "unable to duplicate the problem at this time" regarding the engine flare, and no physical inspection or remediation of the flooded wiring harnesses or module connectors beneath the carpet was performed. This same a6 electrical code 161615 was noted on a previous service on 25 Sep. 2025, (ro#184284, attached). There is clear precedent with NHTSA recall 22v-288 (of a different Volvo model, the xc40), where water intrusion into Volvo wiring harnesses caused corrosion and unintended acceleration. Given that my passenger footwell flooded prior to the engine surge, the can bus harness and floor connectors beneath that carpet must undergo a full electrical continuity and corrosion inspection, not just a surface drying. I am requesting further service by the dealer.

4 Electrical System problem of the 2024 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 08/01/2026

When putting vehicle in reverse, camera can become stuck or not load at all impacting rear visibility. This was previously recalled and Volvo claims a remedy through software update but I believe this is processor based and they will need to replace the units with their snapdragon processor to rectify this. Their newer models include the snapdragon processor and don’t have this issue.

5 Electrical System problem of the 2021 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 06/24/2026

The "maintenance mode" required to change the wiper blades malfunctioned, and the wipers- without the rubber blades attached- suddenly smashed onto the windshield, creating a large star crack/shatter, which spread across the entire windshield in two long cracks by the next day. If someone's hand had been in the path of the wipers, it would have been cut or broken by the force/sharp edge. The "maintenance mode" should not disengage unless the car is seriously jostled or put into gear (did not occur). This malfunction of the system is a safety concern in itself and has created a secondary safety concern with the severely damaged windshield. A case was opened with Volvo corporate on xxx (case #xxx). Volvo has never contacted me regarding this. I have called [xxx] and [xxx]) each week to check in and have been told that my case manager is not available, I can not change case managers to someone available or speak to anyone other than the phone operator. I have waited up to 1. 5 hours on hold or received an automated return call 2+ hours later, often missing it. I emailed ([xxx]) as recommended by an operator with pictures and video of the incident and damage. I visited our local dealer ([xxx] in [xxx]) and spoke with the service manager. He did not have an open case for our vehicle. He said he would email the local headquarters. When I followed up with him the next week- after he did not respond to my email a week after he supposedly emailed them- he told me there was no local headquarters and that he emailed the same address I had previously. We contacted the dealer where the vehicle was purchased ([xxx]). They looked up our account and said there was no open case connected to our account,/name even though I have a case number I have used in every call to Volvo corporate, which they have told me was under investigation. They also indicated that they have heard this same experience from other customers. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

7 Electrical System problem of the 2024 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 03/30/2026

I am submitting a formal vehicle safety complaint regarding a sudden and complete system failure in my Volvo S60 2023, which occurred in March 2026 in [xxx] . While traveling on [xxx] at highway speed, the vehicle abruptly and without warning lost all electrical power. The dashboard went completely blank, and all electronic systems ceased functioning. Critically, the steering became unresponsive/locked at the same time, creating an immediate and severe safety hazard. I was fortunate to avoid a collision, but the incident had clear potential for catastrophic consequences. The vehicle was inspected by an authorized Volvo dealership; however, I was informed that the issue could not be duplicated and no repairs were performed. As a result, the root cause of this failure remains unknown, and the safety risk persists. Key details: mileage at time of incident: approximately 40,000 miles location: [xxx] date: March 2026 conditions: normal highway driving, no prior warning indicators I am reporting this incident because: it involves a complete loss of vehicle control systems; it presents a significant risk of serious injury or death; it may indicate a broader defect affecting similar vehicles. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed for potential investigation and that any similar complaints be evaluated for patterns. Please let me know if additional information is needed. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

8 Electrical System problem of the 2024 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 02/27/2026

The drivers side mirror moves independently. Does not lock. Will move randomly at any time. Volvo knows about the problem and does nothing to fix it.

9 Electrical System problem of the 2003 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 12/01/2025

The problem is when the weather turns cold my car a Volvo 2003 s 60 turn signals do not operate, or if they do turn on sometimes the turn signals won't stop flashing until you turn the ignition off. The head lights also will not turn on at any setting during this time. When the weather turns warm again everything works until the weather turns cold again. It appears to be related to the central electronic module. It happens every time the weather is cold. It happen very unexpectedly my wife was driving down the road and was almost in an accident. The turn signals switch has already been replaced with a new Volvo turn signal switch. The turn signal still does not work. According to xemodex. Inc this is a common problem for Volvo's s 60 2001-2010.

10 Electrical System problem of the 2021 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 11/14/2025

2021 Volvo S60 t8 awd, VIN [xxx] , ~71k miles component: sunroof / drainage system / electrical system summary: water entered the passenger compartment through clogged sunroof drain hoses and accumulated under the front passenger seat, causing catastrophic failure of wide angle module (wam) and related electronic components (incl. Front camera and wipers). Description: after moderate rain, a large amount of water was discovered under the front passenger seat. The vehicle began displaying multiple warning messages (camera faults, wiper faults). The authorized Volvo retailer diagnosed failure of the wam and other modules due to water intrusion originating from the sunroof drainage system. This is a known, recurring defect acknowledged by Volvo in multiple technical service bulletins: - tj 31372-2 (water leakage via sunroof drain hoses) - tj 35382 (updated drain hoses - new part number) - tj 29322-3 (water ingress passenger footwell / cem area) the original drain hoses are too narrow and prone to clogging, causing water to overflow into the passenger compartment instead of exiting the vehicle. This creates a serious safety risk: - potential failure of srs airbag system - loss of electronic stability control and abs - loss of 360 camera and blind-spot monitoring - risk of electrical fire or short-circuit - failure of wipers (mine stopped working when I was driving under the rain) repair estimate: $17,825 repair is going to be delayed over 2 months awaiting parts from sweden. Vehicle was properly maintained; 70,000-mile service performed at authorized Volvo retailer on 9/24/25 - no drainage issues were noted or addresses at that time. This identical failure has been reported by hundreds of owners of 2019-2024 spa-platform Volvos (s60, v60, xc60, xc90) on NHTSA complaints, Volvo forums, and in ongoing litigation. Despite multiple tsbs and redesigned parts, Volvo has not issued a recall or notified owners of the need for preventive maintenance. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia.

11 Electrical System problem of the 2021 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 10/30/2025

The high voltage coolant heater failed. It will not heat when running solely on battery. Defrost therefore will not get warm to clear windshield.

12 Electrical System problem of the 2024 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 09/01/2025

When slowing to a stop the vehicle is unsmooth and unpredictable, there is also a sudden release when braking downhill (not sure if they are related). There’s been occasions where the car lurched when coming to a stop almost resulting in me rear ending the vehicle in front of me. The unsmooth/unpredictable stopping only happens at speeds under 10mph when approaching a stop like with city driving. I’ve had it to the dealership two times for this. They’ve had trouble reproducing it, but acknowledged it is unsmooth and said that’s just the way the regenerative braking was designed. The holding back and release when braking downhill is completely random.

13 Electrical System problem of the 2013 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 07/01/2025

The “tire pressure system” warning appeared and has not turned off. New tpms sensors were installed but the dealership could not get the car to calibrate despite multiple attempts. It has come to my attention that other models of Volvo have this same trouble, and a software update is required.

14 Electrical System problem of the 2018 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 06/20/2025

The check engine light appeared on my 2018 Volvo S60. After taking the car to 2 independent mechanics and the dealer, it was diagnosed as an engine control module (ecm) failure. My 2018 Volvo S60 has only 44,200 miles. The dealer stated that they "haven't seen this failure in cars with such low mileage. Usually, cars have 125,000+ miles if/when the ecm fails". The dealer and an independent mechanic both stated that the brakes, steering, starter, thermostat, etc. , could fail at any time. This could put my family, and other families on the road, at risk. Volvo refused to pay for the repairs.

15 Electrical System problem of the 2024 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 06/02/2025

Urgent safety concern: intermittent total loss of all vehicle audio alerts this issue has occurred multiple times and poses a serious safety concern. While driving, the vehicle intermittently experiences a complete loss of all audio output. This includes: •turn signal indicators •hazard warning sounds •blind spot monitoring alerts •park distance control tones •navigation guidance •audio system playback (music, radio, etc. ) •all other safety-related audio warnings and notifications the vehicle becomes completely silent, eliminating essential auditory cues that are critical for safe operation. Temporary workaround (while driving): the only way to restore functionality is by performing a forced reboot of the infotainment system. This requires the driver to press and hold the home button until the system power cycles—a distracting and unsafe action that must be done while the vehicle is in motion. Please note that while rebooting does not disable the vehicle’s ability to drive, it temporarily resets multiple core systems, including the climate control and infotainment interface. This creates a significant distraction and impairs the driver’s ability to safely monitor vehicle status and surroundings. This malfunction poses a significant safety risk and must be investigated immediately.

16 Electrical System problem of the 2019 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 02/06/2025

The dim (driver instrument module) flickers intermittently and I have no idea when it's going to go out completely. It actually does go out and there's a solid white panel or colored lines, but it comes back in. This displays the speedometer & fuel. This is a safety issue. I would hate for this to go completely out while I am driving. I do not know the cause for the malfunction. However, per the Volvo tech; they're aware this is a reoccurring issue.

17 Electrical System problem of the 2024 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 02/01/2025

The contact owns a 2024 Volvo S60. The contact stated that the radio screen was blank while driving at various speeds. The system rebooted independently soon after the failure; however, the failure reoccurred. Due to the failure, there was no access to the safety features in the vehicle. In addition, several other safety features failed to operate as needed; however, the vehicle lost motive power without warning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on several occasions; however, the dealer could not duplicate the failure. The dealer performed several software updates on the vehicle; however, the failure persisted. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the failure became more frequent and more dangerous because the failure mostly occurred while driving on the highway. The manufacturer was notified of the failure on several occasions; however, the contact was not provided assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 13,000.

18 Electrical System problem of the 2022 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 10/03/2024

The indirect measurement tpms system of this car has misdetected low tire pressure on three occasions. Most recently, on October 3 while driving on the freeway at about 70 mph the tpms alert illuminated. I checked the information screen and the display showed low pressure in all four tires. Because I have had misdetection of the right front tire twice before, and that it seemed very unlikely that all four tires would deflate at the same time, I disregarded the alert as a false detection. Later I checked the air pressure in all four tires and found it to be exactly correct. In an earlier episode, as I mentioned the tpms alerted that the right front tire was low. In this instance, I did not have a history of false detections, so I believed the information to be accurate and immediately exited the freeway and returned home where I had a (very accurate) tire pressure gauge. Of course, the pressure was correct in all tires. I then followed the Volvo recalibration procedure and this completed successfully until later that day when the same tire alerted to low pressure again. I rechecked, again pressure was correct, and re-ran the calibration procedure. I did not have any other false detection again until about a year later when the October 3 incident occurred. The car has had at least one “total system update” to the software to address other issues since the first false detection incident, possibly two (not sure). The problem I am having with this is that Volvo apparently decided to change from direct sensor measurement to indirect wheel speed measurement around 2019 or 2020 as a cost saving measure. That is fine, but the indirect measurement system they are using is causing so many false alarms that now the first thing I think when I see an alert is that it is not a real problem. This is not a good situation. Volvo forums are full of complaints by other owners of similar false alarms. Volvo should fix this problem through software or restore direct measurement.

19 Electrical System problem of the 2022 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 03/01/2024

Main center display becomes blank at random times. Sometimes this is accompanied by a loud squealing sound from car audio. When display blanks, all hvac functions stop including defog, also all audio including turn signal indication sound. Sometimes display and functions self recover after approximately 15-20 seconds, sometimes it does not self recover and in these cases the ignition needs to be turned off and the drivers door opened to "turn off" the vehicle systems so that they can restart. The condition is completely random. The condition has been noted by other 2022+ Volvo owners in various forums. The software in my car has been updated following a complaint for this concern, however it has occurred again since the update. Date provided in report details is most recent event.

20 Electrical System problem of the 2024 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 09/12/2023

While driving on the interstate 5 in seattle, wa this Volvo rental car from national had the multi-media screen went blank. No tell-tales nor instrument readings. The 360 camera and reverse camera systems worked as not part of the android system. The infotainment system encountered a problem with an android system with data corrupt. Had to reset factory data reset. Given this is a non-compliance to fmvss controls and displays per standard 101, I feel obligated to report this concern for driver safety around compatability of the android system used by Volvo.

21 Electrical System problem of the 2012 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 06/06/2023

On June 2, 2023 I went to start my car and the engine would not turn over. The dashboard displayed a number of warning lights and messages (dstc service required, srs airbag service urgent, transmission service required, coolant system service required). When the tow truck driver arrived later that day, they tried to jumpstart my car but reported the battery was completely dead. I had the car taken to a local shop that specialized in Volvo cars. A few days later the shop called to tell me that not only was the battery dead, but my car key was no longer responding, and that the engine control module "exploded. " none of the mechanics at the shop had seen such a thing before. The shop also told me that they could not figure out what had been draining the battery. I was advised to reach out to the dealership. I did and happened to meet with the general manager and a lead technician who happened to be on site. I was told that while rare, the engine control module can "explode. " I was willing to drop the matter until I started seeing "low battery" warnings in early sept. Of 2023. I was finally able to get the car into the dealership on 1/2/24. After talking with the mechanic, he suggested that the satellite radio in my car was continuously draining my battery and to resolve the problem all they would need to do is download new software. A few hours later the mechanic confirmed that my car needed an rdar upgrade to stop the battery drainage. I do not understand how the dealership could sell me the car without checking to make sure the software had been upgraded in the first place. Rdar failure is not something that pops up as a recall or major safety concern. If the car had lost power while in motion, there could have been serious consequences.

23 Electrical System problem of the 2014 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 05/01/2023

The engine oil pressure sensor is not activated in my 2014 Volvo S60 software, also combined with what I found out was a known issue of excessive oil. My car engine oil pressure got too low, and there was no warning displayed in the driver information module (dim). The car started stalling while driving and I almost had a crash. I found out there was a recall on the 2012 Volvo S60 but there was none on my 2014 which had the same issue. I have since taking the car to the dealership and not only did I almost lose my life in a crash I was also told the engine was permanently damaged. I have reported the case to Volvo they need to expand the years the recall was on and also need to fix my engine which was due to manufacturers defect.

24 Electrical System problem of the 2015 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 02/17/2023

Excessive oil consumption resulting in piston damage/failure! this vehicle has burned oil since I bought it used at about 80,000 miles. I checked the carfax prior to purchasing it and it had been maintained routinely. I have to add a liter of oil every couple of weeks. This is with regular in town driving. I have reported the issue numerous times to the Volvo dealer when I bring it in for regular maintenance and repairs. I have been told by the Volvo service advisor to just add oil. It was a known issue. Sometimes I have warning lights telling me it has low oil. I also check the oil level to know to add oil. I always check my oil level before any trip. I always keep oil in my car because of this issue. Otherwise, I have had to stop and buy oil once on a trip. Since it told me to add oil on my way back. However, one serious safety issue was having to pull off on a desert highway to add oil. The car was giving me a red warning triangle that I had never seen before. My child had to shine a light for me to see so I could add oil. She was very afraid. Although Volvo sent a letter acknowledging this vehicle problem, I have been told that I do not qualify for any warranty. I was told by Volvo service that I have a misfire/loss in power and over $5000 in repairs in Feb 2023. I have already paid for some related repairs when my check engine light came on last year. My check engine light is currently on. In the last year alone (prior to Feb 2023), I have spent over $5000 in repairs. I would have traded it in, but I kept being told how great of a car it was by the service advisor. I am sick! I do not want to continue wasting money on a car that I no longer feel safe in. I am afraid to drive it out of town.

25 Electrical System problem of the 2019 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 12/24/2022

On December 24, I was about a quarter mile into my drive when the car shut off. The dashboard went blank and I had to coast to a stop. I was unable to restart or use any parts of my car except for the emergency blinker. Nothing alerted me on my dashboard prior to this incident. I could not use the sos alert button in the car. I had a half tank of gas. I had to wait in the 9 degreef cold for 2 hours before it could be towed to the service center. My speed was approximately 25mph on a local road and I don't know what would have happened if this occurred at any higher speed with more traffic. Prior to this on 11/15/22, I had another incident with this car. I could not open the doors with the key fob and then I could not start the car. A battery jump was attempted by the tow service and it did not work. The car was towed to hudson valley Volvo service center where they completed software control module downloading, electrical equipment trouble shooting etc. , for 3 days and I was able to drive it again. Unfortunately, I do not feel safe driving this car.

26 Electrical System problem of the 2016 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 10/29/2022

The alternator seized on the highway snapping the serpentine belt which got sucked into the timing and stopped the car in the left lane at highway speed. The timing guard failed allowing the belt to damage the timing. Volvo says it needs a head job I have possession of the vehicle and all maintenance records. Cars behind me dodged onto the shoulder to avoid hitting me. There was no warning. Furthermore this is a known problem a quick search of Volvo forums turned up over a dozen cars with insufficient timing guards.

31 Electrical System problem of the 2012 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 02/11/2022

My wife and I were driving to bwi airport for a 10:30am flight from virginia beach in the express lane on I-95n going 75mph when all of a sudden at 8:30am the engine seized and I got a message telling me I would experience "reduced engine performance" as my car puttered to a stop with white smoke pouring out of the exhaust. Prior to this message I had no warnings or messages on my dashboard. I got out of my car to check my oil and it was completely evaporated, so I called aaa. While we are 1 hour into waiting (it is now 9:30am) on the narrow shoulder of two express lanes for a tow truck to take our car to a shop at 11:40am and for a lyft driver to figure out how to get to us, two vdot employees told us we had to move our car by 11am otherwise the state police will tow us. I managed to call a local tow company who finally arrived by 10:55am, so we had been stranded in an express lane watching cars fly by at 85mph for almost 2 and a half hours before we were able to move. After the first shop took a look and told me the engine was damaged and that they couldn't replace it, I had it towed to a Volvo dealership. 5 days and a $375 diagnostic later, they find that the turbocharger has an internal oil leak and that this and the catalytic converter would have to be replaced for $6k. Aside from now being carless 4 hours from the dealership and missing my wife's birthday celebration without refund, I now have a $6,375 bill that I had no way of preventing due to a manufacturing design flaw in 2012 Volvo S60 t5. I should have been warned of a low oil situation so I could have at least pulled over and properly tended to it. I should not have to be liable for a Volvo design flaw that may involve faulty piston rings that has apparently affected countless others. This incident put both my wife and I in danger on an express lane on a very busy highway. Volvo needs to be accountable for this design flaw.

32 Electrical System problem of the 2022 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 02/07/2022

New 2022 Volvo S60 began shutting off while driving on highways and interstates and in once within feet of railroad crossing. Also occurrences of car being unable to turn off even after several attempts. Problem arose 2/2022. In all instances traffic, including 18 wheelers, was approaching behind at highway and interstate speeds up to 70mph. Sometimes a warning lamp would appear saying vehicle is shut off/ powering down, or place vehicle in park vehicle shutting off. Other warning lamps would come on like parking assist currently not available or park/brake needs service. Volvo dealer that initiated repairs determined the mid voltage battery module was faulty and they replaced the mvbm and dead battery. And was causing the error messages that they too were able to reproduce. Car’s new battery completely drain in may but had not been driven for at least two weeks was towed to Volvo dealership which replaced battery. Days after car was returned the vehicle began stopping in the middle of interstates/highways and near railroad crossings again with same messages and was towed back to dealer, who this time said something was spilled on the center console (which is right next to the cup holder) so they say it is an external problem and they aren’t responsible for the failure and state that they can fix but can’t guarantee problem won’t mysteriously arise again. There was never a spill in vehicle. Additionally the pilot assist for the adaptive cruise control shuts off with no visual or auditory warning when sensors can’t read road markings. The vehicle has almost veered completely off the road and in two instances the beginning of bridges. No word from Volvo on problem when mentioned along with other safety incidents. I was traveling at 35mph during city instances and the interstate and highway speed limits during those occurrences and the same when adaptive cruise control pilot assist malfunctioned.

33 Electrical System problem of the 2013 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 09/19/2021

Car has had regular oil changes and was well below the recommended time for the next change when the engine began knocking in September. I took the car for inspection at a Volvo mechanic repair shop and was told all of the oil was gone and engine is damaged beyond repair. No engine or oil indicator light came on to warn me that the oil was low. I understand the 2011-2012 models were recalled for this issue and apparently the problem continued to the 2013 model. The car has low mileage and I am shocked that it is now effectively totaled. I am now without a vehicle and feel that Volvo should have to correct the situation and that a recall should be issued.

34 Electrical System problem of the 2020 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 06/20/2021

I turned the car on and got an error message that said the turn indicator system failed. After trying to clear the message from the dash using the button on the steering wheel, I discovered that nothing on the steering wheel was working, including the windshield wipers or any buttons on the steering wheel. I called the manufacturer and they told me not to drive it and they towed it to the dealer. The dealer said they had see this before as either a software issue or electrical issue and would need to replace the stalks and buttons.

35 Electrical System problem of the 2012 Volvo S60

Failure Date: 06/10/2021

When I first bought this Volvo there was condensation in both of the headlights then took it for a test drive and I really liked it and when I got back the dealer said if I was to buy it he would take care of both headlights so I assumed that he did but I bought it and left and was driving and then a code came on in the car saying low beam out I was like OH shit so took it back to them they had me go buy $120 light bulb and that wasn't the problem they did some working and testing and said that it was the low beam ballast so I bought 1 for the drivers side and that fixed that problem but then not even a week later the same light came on saying low beam out, took it back and they said that it was the same thing on opposite side on passenger side so they said order the part and we'll fix it I did that took it back to them and they said it was fixed not even a day later and the light was back on swing low beam out I'm thinking that there is an issue that has to deal with some kind of recall with these lights cause there is no way that they should break that easy or quick so please get back to me and let me kno thank you.
