The contact owns a 2011 Volvo Xc60. She noticed that the rear view mirror was tinted so much that she could not see out of the rear window. An authorized dealer was notified and stated that the vehicle was operating normal. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 5 and the current mileage was 2,500.

1. Can barely see out of inside rearview mirror in the daytime. Particularly hazardous if cars following do not have their headlights on. Volvo says they cannot lighten/correct the auto dimming mirror. 2. Blis system is not reliable for cars in blind spot and should be ignored. However, it cannot be turned off. Response from Volvo:
