My driver's side headlight is out, condensation inside the headlight as well. Bought $106. 00 halogen replacement bulb and light still isn't working. After looking for others with the same issue I see this there is complaints and recall for "some" models of the 2013 Buick Regal (turbo premium 3) specifically by checking my VIN for the recall. Obviously having the exact same issue other Regal models of same year were recalled for.

Addendum to report 11400295 - here's a picture of the amount of water accumulated in the headlight lense in less than a week. I'm replacing the bulb and ballast for the third tim in less than 8 months - help.
The check engine light is always on and has not been diagnosed (as of yet) by circle Buick - highland, in. There is an auto-engine-shutoff feature when the vehicle stops at traffic lights, and when you resume driving there can be a lengthy delay and/or an engine & transmission jolt after the brake pedal is released. The vehicle must be retested every two years for emissions compliance for in, but cannot do so because of the check engine light never going off. This is a safety issue not to get hit from behind in local traffic. John & elizabeth orfe.

Headlight keeps burning out. It has been replaced 5 times also driver seat heating works for 1 min and turns off.
The first time the car stalled was as I was approaching the stop sign. It stalled and the dash light all came on. I was able to re-start it after putting it in park. It then happened again the same as before I got home. The next day it drove normal for awhile then as I was starting it up again it started with a noise and the lights on the dash a lit up again. It seemed to run normal again. But a bit later as I was slowing down to make a turn into a parking lot it stalled again. I brought it into an independent automotive garage and they hooked up to their tester and could not find anything abnormal with the car.

All 4 power window motors do not work. They all failed within 6 months of each other. I checked on you tube and found that almost all Buick Regals have this problem of power window motors breaking. There are hundreds of complaints on you tube alone for this issue. I believe this is proof that the power window motors are defective and probably made this way to force owners to make expensive repairs. I am asking you to force Buick to recall their Regal models and have the window motors repaired at Buick's expense.
The headlight area had condensation in it that resulted in water in the headlight. This caused the headlight to go dark. This is a safety issue as one of my headlights is not working. I can’t see that section of the road or adjacent sidelines. Very dangerous particularly at this time of year with deer running into road from the side. There are many other Regal owners with this problem which can be verified by googling the problem. This is the second time the light has failed for condensation. Other drivers and pedestrians are at risk because they cannot be seen with the headlight out. Headlight was replaced once and has failed again. Cost to repair 2 years ago $1600 new estimate $1800. This is for one headlight but recommended to replace both.

The past two weeks while driving the vehicle, it suddenly turns off and the brake light comes on for the emergency brake. It is so scary when driving down the road and my vehicle suddenly stops. I have to put it back in park and try to get the emergency brake off. It takes a bit to get it off. Then I can start it again. I've had for the last few years had issues with my 2013 Buick Regal turning off while driving causing a few accidents that has nearly cause me my life. The car has had multiple electrical issues I've tried getting fixed and I've dealt with damage to my vehicle due to this. Car has turned off on me while in motion. I've replaced the battery and I've spent several 1,000s of dollars trying to get it replaced.
Called local dealership for a few recalls,they said they had to order the parts for recalls so when they got the parts they called and set me a time to get them fixed well when I got there they said that it only had 1 recall and they had to order the part that was already supposed to have been ordered to began with and they would call when they get the part in "still waiting on that call" the vehicle has 97000 miles and is also burning oil fast and smoking out the exhaust,they said it was out of warranty and there is no recall on the engine oil consumption on this vehicle because its VIN specific so the bill would be on me to have the engine tore down to see what is causing it to burn oil but I no it's because of premature wear of the piston rings after the research I have done on these engines so far but what ever the case they have yet to call me back and it's been almost 2 months now not sure what to do at this point.
Tl- the contact owns a 2001 Buick Regal. While the vehicle was idling the flames appeared from under the hood. No injuries were reported. The cause was undetermined. Vehicle dies in the middle of driving at all speeds and can't steer or brake only pray. Also, I turned vehicle off and won't restart tower to service center they said I need new engine!!!! I was just driving it no smoke no smell just won't start he said no oil in engine even though not scheduled for a oil change yet. Radio won't keep date or time or radio stations!.

Whenever I am driving my vehicle for an hour it starts to stall or sputter in traffic and the engine dies completely. It will restart but still continues to hesitate when accelerating. I've taken it to a mechanic and no error codes pop up when this happens so they do not know the cause or how to fix the issue.
Vehicle collected condensation inside the driver headlight assembly causing a shortage/burn out of the projector for the hid system. $1244 was the cost of replacement light assembly, which didn't last long before the projector burnt out again. This manufacturer defect needs to be recalled, especially with the replacement cost between $1000-$1600! this vehicle will not illuminate a check engine light for safety warnings, nor will it store codes that have already been presently printed out at occurring times.
At less than 90k miles my power steering abruptly without warning stopped working while I was driving the car. My automatic transmission will abruptly without warning stay stuck in a low gear while I am driving. I turn off the car and start it again and it's fine. My computer screen will go black and stay that way, which controls the radio, navigation, etc. , then it will begin working again after a few minutes, hours, days, just whenever it decides to start working. The screen has also had rapid moving lines of black and white. My left turn signal works, but yet it constantly has a rapid turn signal sound like it is going out or is out, yet even when I change the bulb it still makes the sound. The power steering I just fixed a month ago, all other issues are on going.
Takata recall - there is an issue with the ballast in the hid headlamp assembly for the cxl turbo model. The seal may be faulty due to the headlamp shorting out except for the daytime running lights. They shorted out right after a heavy downpour and I was stopped by a police officer and told that they (the headlights) were out. I got out of the vehicle and looked at the the lights only to realize that they had malfunctioned and there was moisture in the assembly itself.
2011 Buick Regal purchased from show room floor in 2011. Presentative maintenance up to date. No warning lights. Something terribly wrong with transmission, engine. While driving on city street approaching interstate at 25 mph, car starting stalling, puttering, losing power. Pulled over, put in park. Then car would not go into gear. Would accelerate but would not go into gear or move. Had to be towed. First thing dealer service center suggest is $3000 transmission. Car only has 60,000 miles, one owner. When driving the vehicle it stops out of nowhere and cuts back on. There is a burning/melting smell coming from the back of the vehicle. Once the car is off sometimes the battery is drained. The driver side head light keeps getting moisture inside and causes the bulb to go out.
When using adaptive cruise control, this vehicle will allow you to get close to the vehicle in front of you and aggressively apply brakes which throws you forward. The dealer has looked at this vehicle several times for this issue, changed several sensors but the problem still still exists. Because of this issue I cannot use my adaptive cruise control.

Since I purchased and drove off from the dealership, within the first few days the car shut down on me when I was in a drive thru, and it happened times again while pulling out a parking space and drove a few feet away the car would shut off and began smelling of gas as well overtime I drove it. The dealership was not very helpful but finally kept my car a few days and said it was only the hoses which were loose. Now 4/24 my car again is making weird noises since last week and actually will not start this evening after being out and parking in a lot.
Takata recall. . . . . The ecm is still not functioning properly after the recall it needs to be recalled again. It is very dangerous car will cut off in the middle of traffic. Something needs to be done!!!!!.
Tl the contact owns a 2011 Buick Regal. The contact took the vehicle to suburban Chevrolet of clinton (1070 w us-12, clinton, mi 49236) where they replaced the contact's key. Afterwards, the service indicator illuminated and the contact experienced difficulty starting the vehicle with the key. Also, when the brake pedal was depressed, the vehicle started to jerk. This vehicle has hid headlight assemblies that have constant issues with condensation/water entering the housing and causing the ballast and bulb to fail. This is due to a faulty seal between the outer and inner shell assembly. This is a huge safety issue, as the vehicle may loose all headlights and cause the driver to crash. The assemblies are very costly to replace and the issue is very very common on all 2011 though 2017 Regal and GS models with hid. This is dangerous and should be fixed by the manufacturer. New assemblies will result in the same safety issue in a short amount of time. This could be a design flaw or a manufacturing flaw. . . Regardless, it is very dangerous!.

Power windows on this car burn out, 4 mechanics said this is a very common problem, and repairs of the power windows is expensive.
I have been going back and forth with gm customer service at 866-790-5600. I purchased the car 11/23/18 brand new with 12 miles on it. I had to take the car to get it serviced due to kept hearing something similar to the brakes keep scrubbing, in which I the dealership ordered the parts and gave me a loaner vehicle, 8/31/19 I complained when I went into the dealership to get my oil changed that the radio screen would just go black, and that the air conditioner system would be in off position and it would just keep blowing on high. I was told to bring the car back in. Due to no techs available on Saturday. Everything started working again. 1/6/2020 I took the car in bc ac started back doing the same thing running when off, sos was malfunctioning emergency calls all day and night every 5-10 mins head unit screen stays on service screen and couldnt be changed, the screens kept switching screens without being touched. Talked with service manager at dealership had to deactivate the onstar and take the car back when they received a loaner car. They cleaned button and said they ordered the part its on back order. 2/10/20 im driving my vehicle and all of a sudden the car slows down and stops in the middle of the street in which the screen read reduced engine power. I was not far from dealership took it back yet again. I was given a loaner car the accelerator pedal position senors had to be replaced accelerator pedal with position senor assembly replacement engine controls and fuel. 2/14/20 went and oil change completed that next day another issue on 2/17/20 the radio screen goes out and the ac/heat is on full blast and cant turn off. The same issues I was having 1/6/2020 have began yet again. I was contacted by gm and told they would order the part that was same part that was on back order. My car is still under warranty happening while I am driving. I have a lot of pics.

When I try to use my seat warmer on both the passenger and driver side it stays on for a few seconds and then turns off. The driver side has been like this for a couple of years. The passenger side just started about a month ago. My seat warmers come on but never get warm and they cut off after only a few seconds.

The light went out on the driver information center. Can't see the mileage, gas, speed limit, or tire weight. With no warning, the light went out. Took the vehicle to Buick and they can repair but will have to open the entire cluster to fix the problem (est. $800 to fix).
