2000 Buick Regal design flaw in the fog lamp component. The consumer believed the required bulb was either too hot ir the distance between the bulb and the bottom of the unit was too close and a hole burned through which allowed water to collect in the fog lamp unit and caused the bulb to burn out. The dealer refused to replace the unit and said it was not a defect.

2 Fog Lights problem of the 1999 Buick Regal

Failure Date: 05/14/2003

The transmission was found to be defective after going back to the dealer numerous times and no defects were found. The right rear fog light fell out.
