I was driving and heading on a curve I didn't see that it was 25 mph and I was going about 45 and I brake and I slid, hit a tree about three fists thick slide on my drivers side which is completely smushed in and rolled over and fell straight into a ditch up side down.

Every time it rains, the inside of my vehicle floods through the ceiling and floors. This is a manufacture defect that is outside of my control. This is a safety issue because it causes mold and mildew in the vehicle which is a hazard to inhale. I'm also concerned that the possibility exist for an electrical hazard.

The contact stated while driving various speeds the third brake light would not illuminate upon depressing the brake pedal and the rear brake light plastic panel housing was faulty. In addition, the center of the frame exhibited severe corrosion. The defect was not diagnosed nor was it repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the defect. The contact owns a 2003 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated that the trunk latch fell on her head while attempting to remove something from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer stated that the trunk would need replacing. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacture was not contacted. The contact had to use an umbrella on multiple occasions to hold up the trunk properly. The contact had also sustained head and hand injuries from the trunk suddenly falling down. The vehicle was taken to independent mechanic for a diagnosis and the mechanic stated that the cylinders that hold up the truck should have been enhanced or they were defective. The contact owns a 2012 Cadillac Cts. The contact stated that the instrument panel and the door were not properly aligned. The contact was able to erroneously place his hand between the door and the instrument panel on the driver side, with additional space remaining. When the contact placed his hand between the passenger side door and the dashboard, there was no space. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who offered no assistance and advised that there was a manufacturing flaw. The manufacturer was notified who offered no assistance and would make no restitution. My car has been garaged kept for 13 years, only came out in the summer and weekends. The last 2 years I have been using it as a daily driver. . In 2012 my mechanic noticed a lot of corrosion on my chasis rails, I notified Cadillac, they sent me to the dealer to inspect my complaint and offered me 3,000 off a new vehicle. 2 weeks ago I went for an oil change and my mechanic noticed how worse the got. I called Cadillac and they told me the corrosion warranty was over. My Cadillac only has 113,000 miles, now that I noticed how bad they got I will not put my family in the car.

Purchased vehicle in 2/08; 12/10/08 - noticed car was wet in floorboards and ceiling; since 12/08, dealership has attempted to repair vehicle 4 times; car is still leaking; dealership replaced several parts and called a specialists to try to solve the problem; dealership admits they cannot correct the problem; the manufacturer has offered a trade option to me with me paying money out of pocket; at the present time, I am unsure what the amount will be, but any amount is not acceptable.
