The contact received a radiator flush and the water pump was replaced yet the failure persisted. The contact stated he would continuously add anti-freeze to the engine to stop it from becoming excessively hot. The contact took the vehicle to a local mechanic where it was discovered that there was an eight inch fracture in the engine block. The manufacturer advised the contact that because the vehicle was over ten years of age, they would not provide any assistance.
