Exterior mirrors are too small. This causes poor visibility and blind spot. Manufacturer notified and informed consumer that the mirrors met specifications, and nothing else would be done.
A huge blind spot is created by the high driverside side mirror. For short people (under 5 ft), the seat cannot rise high enough to see over the side mirror to check for traffic coming from the driver's left.
