While traveling at 65 mph, consumer ran into the side of another vehicle, head-on, upon impact neither air bag deployed, consumer contacted dealer, and they were not willing to do anything.
Consumer was traveling 35mph on a side street and was approaching a stop sign applied brakes, pedal was hard, and antilock brake system kicked in, and didn't react. Hit vehicle from behind. Upon impact, dual airbags didn't deploy dealership was aware of problem.
While pulling into a parking lot at approximately 5 mph front passenger air bag suddenly deployed, causing minor injuries to his 10 year old son, burns on legs and busted lip from contact with air bag - also, ringing of ears from deployment. Insurance company and manufacturer are currently investigating this issue. Please provide any additional information/attachments.

Consumer's vehicle was at a stop light. Then, was traveling 10mph, going through a green light, and was hit by another vehicle. Upon impact, passenger's seat belt failed to deploy.
While stopped I was rear ended, front end of my car is destroyed. Air bag should have deployed.
Consumer was traveling about 35mph on a side street and another vehicle veered into him by crossing over into the meridian strip. Upon impact, neither airbag deployed, and more than one person was injured.
While driving on local road , traveling 40-45mph, two vehicles up and ahead were crossing the intersection. Consumer realizing that there were cameras and light turned yellow, slammed on the brakes, and a pickup truck behind rearended her. Consumer applied brakes, and they failed. Also, upon impact, neither airbag deployed.
Consumer was traveling 30mph while it was raining that evening, and there was a school bus in front of consumer's vehicle. Consumer applied brakes and hit the school bus from behind. The collision impact was so hard that vehicle moved the school bus. Also, the dual airbags didn't deploy at all.
While driving at 45 mph applied brakes, no brakes, frontal impact occurred and neither airbag deployed. Dealer contacted and is aware of the problem. Condition of vehicle not determined. Problem still exists. Provide further information.
Driver hardly tapped the bumper of vehicle ahead of her's, and both air bags deployed. There was no damages done to the van or the other vehicle. The air bags are being replaced.

False deployment of driver's/passenger's air bags while vehicle was parked.
No deployment of both air bags during vehicle collision, resulting in injuries. Yh.
Consumer was driving on normal road condition at 30 mph, when vehicle hit an unseen pothole, causing both air bags to deploy. Dealer inspected the vehicle and informed consumer that it was a normal condition for the air bags to deploy.
There was no deployment of air bags when vehicle was involved in an inter-sectional crash, traveling about 50-55 mph with damages to the center right front. The vehicle has not been repaired.
Consumer rea ended a car in front, both air bags didn't deploy.
While at a complete stop vehicle was rear ended at 50 mph . Upon impact, vehicle was pushed forward, and rear ended the vehicle in front. None of the air bags deployed, and driver sustained back and neck injuries.
