While driving throttle stuck wide open, causing van to crash into the rear of a 94 amigo. Amigo crashed into a Jeep cherokee. Even though driver stood on the brake, van did not slow down. Driver's side air bag did not go off. Van will probably be totalled. Please provide any further information.

Owner was involved in a direct frontal impact traveling at 35 to 45 mph in which there was no deployment of driver's or passenger's side airbags. Problem with brakes are also in question.

Vehicle was hit on driver's side while driving 40mph, and then ran head-on into a brick wall. Upon impact, neither driver's side nor passenger's side airbags deployed. Also, left rear seat belt disengaged, leaving occupant unprotected during crash. Dealer has not seen vehicle.
