On three separate occasions now has the driver's seat belt has come unbuckled spontaneously while the vehicle was being driven. On one of the instances the vehicle had been driven over 100 miles with the belt buckled when it spontaneously retracted. Vehicle users are now noting "false positive" bucking, where they buckle the belt and then find that tugging on it indicates that it had not securely latched.
The consumer states that when the seat belts are pulled all the way out, they will not lock. The seat belts will not restraint child car seats.

Buckles of rear seats on the vehicle are about 6-7 inches from the seat, when child is seating, buckle is up to chest or around stomach area. Contacted dealer, and the dealer is not willing to do anything with the vehicle.

Seat behind the driver's seat. The seat is not usable since the seat belt buckle has come off the belt. The manufacturer will not guarantee they will fix it for free.
Second stage manufacturer tiara motorcoach has a dual retracting system in last rear seat on each side. Buckle comes way above shooulder which somehow allows occupant to lean forward even with brakes applied. Please describe details.
Passenger's side seat belt will not disengage from the housing mechanism, thus preventing any usage of the seat belt. Consumer has contacted dealer, parts has yet to be replaced. Please provide any further details.

Intermittently seat belt restraints become inoperable. The restraints will not latch into the buckle. Vehicle has been repaired and buckles replaced several times. But, problem still exists.
