The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Aveo. The contact stated that the front and rear of the vehicle were unstable while driving. The dealer (edmond Chevrolet Buick GMC, 824 e main st, bradford, PA 16701, (814) 331-4476) was unable to provide the correct solution after inspecting and diagnosing the vehicle. The dealer replaced the ball joints, which did not prevent the failure. The vehicle was taken for an inspection and an independent mechanic diagnosed that there was a loose bolt that needed to be removed and replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
