The fire department informed the contact that the origin of the fire was from the heater. Three weeks prior to the fire, the vehicle had regular maintenance performed. Defective dex-cool should make good on all repairs, recall all vehicles with dex cool. No safety defect listed within vehicle.
Heater will work for a little while, then it will stop. Have to push, hard to keep it going. Consumer felt it was a manufacturer's defect.
