Two problems related to automatic transmission gear indicator have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Transmission indicator rusted.
When applying the brake the pedal goes to the floor and vehicle does not stop. Dealer has adjusted brakes 4 times, and problem still exists. Dealer also replaced master cylinder. In addition, gears were stuck in park.
