1 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 2019 Chevrolet Blazer

Failure Date: 10/08/2019

I bought the Blazer in may 2019, first 4 months was fine. Starting oct. 8, while driving the car. I had to turn off one highway onto another. I hit resume on the adaptive cruise control and it would not resume. Displayed "adaptive cruise control temporarily unavailable ". I tried several times. Got home parked. When I left for work, hours later. It worked fine. On oct. 10, 18, Nov. 21 while driving- the car would beep 3 times and the adaptive cruise control would shut off. Took it to dealer on 11/7 for this problem. On 12/27 they replayed a front camera. Didn't get it home and it shut off again. Also on Dec. 31. Back to dealership on 1/13- they updated software. Feb 1 and again on the 6, same thing, adaptive cruise shut off. Dry road conditions/ clean car. Blind spot monitors- 1/9 would come on for no reason, only car on the road. Sometimes when you pass a car they will light up & sometimes not, same with drivers side. It is currently at dealership for adaptive cruise shutting off. All issues were on highway, no rain/snow, car is washed once a week! on Jan 3 the radio controls on steering wheel reversed.

4 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 1999 Chevrolet Blazer

Failure Date: 06/18/2010

While driving down the road approaching a stop light my wife tried to stop and the brakes just made that abs buzzing noise and was not stopping. This was caused by the wheel bearing abs sensor being bad not the wheel bearing itself this should not be able to happen as it is a danger/accident waiting to happen!.

5 Adaptive Equipment problem of the 2001 Chevrolet Blazer

Failure Date: 04/18/2010

The gas pedal hangs up on the floor carpet (the wear strip integrated into the carpet that is under the gas pedal and wraps up along the side of the transmission tunnel) when the gas pedal is pressed all the way to the floor. The shaft that the gas pedal is attached to has part of it sticking out past the gas pedal and has a sharp edge that snags the edge of the wear strip. The carpet is not worn, it is in great shape, and is only getting damaged when the gas pedal snags the carpet wear strip. It has happened about a dozen times in the past 5 years. I contacted Chevrolet dealer and they never got back to me five years ago. In April 2010, it happened on a city street when I hit the gas to take evasive action to get away from another car that almost hit me in the side and the gas pedal stuck and I almost hit another car and a building. I contacted the Chevrolet dealer in sallisaw oklahoma, and they referred me to the Chevrolet hot-line for complaints. I contacted them and waited a week for them to get back to me like they said they would, and I contacted them again and they said that they would contact me within two weeks, and it has been another week past that time. I am afraid that maybe next time I wont be able to reach down and yank the pedal up where it is snagged on the carpet.
