Fuel sensor problem that's been going on with a lot of 2000 chevy Blazer also trail Blazers and also the distributor there is no seal under the distributor cap cause it to have moisture and cause it not to run and you have to replace it this is to the company or whoever's in charge now the fuel system itself is called a spider sense or what I call it not to run it all the time they must be some type of filter besides the one on side of the vehicle itself because they go out within a year or maybe two years or so this must be addressed so hopefully I get some information to help fix the vehicle that I don't think you I hope I could get some information about it because the fule sensor is a big deal wen they last for about a year and then to buy one for about 400 dollars and then pay another 1000 dollars for labor I think that the injection for the fule sensor should be addressed hopefully have a re call thank you for taking the time to read this and hope you can help god bless.

2 Other Fuel System Fuel Injection System problem of the 1998 Chevrolet Blazer

Failure Date: 03/22/2008

The contact owns a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 30 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the spider fuel injection system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. In addition, the contact stated that while driving at unknown speeds, a pedestrian observed that there was a substance leaking from the vehicle. The contact discovered that there was a fuel leak. The vehicle was taken back to an independent mechanic, who confirmed that the fuel tank and fuel pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the independent mechanic, who stated that an unknown wire in the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
