Front brakes wear out about every 4,000 miles. On August 24th, the front brakes went out totally, which could have resulted in a crash . This happened during normal stopping. Pads have been replaced 4 times but problem was not solved. Dealer contacted, aware of brake problem, but all they are allowed to do is replaced the pads.

There is a vibration coming from the vehicle during activation of the brake system while driving at any speed. Dealership has examined vehicle, and replaced front brake rotors which have failed to effectively remedy the problem. Also, rear brakes intermittently fail to activate while driving at any speed , possibly resulting in excessive wear of the front brakes. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
