Windshield Wiper/washer Motor Problems of Chevrolet Cavalier

The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier. The windshield wiper motor and circuit board malfunctioned. Neither Chevrolet nor the dealership could understand why the dealer where she had the extended warranty will not correct the problem. The vehicle only has 39,000 miles on .
