Fuel line leaking right at gas tank. Smelled fuel when I stopped for the last week or so. Finally look under and lines are completely corroded. Looking online this seems to be a very very common issue that is very famous and expensive to fix.
Fuel smell and found the bottom of the gas tank wet and dripping, forming a puddle of fuel underneath the car. The leak only happens when the car is started and running. Overnight the fuel has evaporated from the floor and doesn't begin leaking again until car is started and running.
The vehicle is leaking fuel from the gas link that connects to the gas tank. This has been an on and office issue. This when the vehicle is both on a office. I can go from having a half of tank to nearly empty the same day. The fumes are so strong I can not part the vehicle in my garage.
Gas smell is awful an gas leaking on the passenger side at the tank! needs to be recalled ASAP! many having the same problem.

Leaking fuel lines above exhaust. Where the fuel line comes down out of the tank and runs forward, there is a holder that was wearing on the fuel line and caused a hole and a leak.
Fuel lines rusted through in front of gas tank and leak gasoline.
When parked I keep smelling strong gas smell. I started to worry as it got stronger and stronger so I looked under the car and found gas leaking down the back side and front side of the gas tank. Definitely not a good thing and I see where they have recalled my same year model from other states. I live close to fla which could be reason for my fuel system to fail from temperature. I feel that it isn't safe at all and I have to have this car for work and travel but cannot afford to have it fixed due to gm not producing up to standards. I have no choice but to drive it and hope that nothing catches fire.

Fuel leak on fuel lines from tank to engine.
Fuel lines running from fuel tank to engine have rusted out and began to leak down onto the exaust, this is 1 of 2 of the same vehicle we own that this has happened on within a month leak began while driving.
My daughter is driving a car with a fuel leak that is has a recall in some states for the problem but not in mine. Recall # 090226 , how is that possible, please help! I think I have to work as hard for my money as other states, and I am certain my car cost as much to purchase as in other states. Her car has fuel dripping between the drivers door and left rear wheel. Appears to be starting around top of tank location.
There was a leak and the whole fuel lie needs to be replaced per the mechanic that I took it to. The vehicle leaks gas close to where the tank is no matter it be moving or stationary.
The fuel lines that are wrapped in the heat protective tape on the driver rear side just as they turn up to go to the fuel tank are rusted out because the heat shield protector holds water on the fuel lines and now mine are rusted out and leaking fuel all over the ground by my exhaust. This is a major issue that hasn't been addressed with many chevy products. Now it's going to cost about $600 to replace the lines. Chevy is not taking responsibility with this defect and costing people money and putting lives in danger by having a leak prone line right by the hot exhaust. Please take action on this. I had at least a gallon spray out while driving and it continued to leak when parked.
On 10/20/2017 I noticed a smell of gas around my car. On Sunday we looked under the car and noticed the top part of the tank is wet.

Car is leaking gas badly from top of gas tank.
My 2006 Cobalt keeps smelling like gasoline fuel. I checked the botom and it is leaking fuel not sure if its from fuel lines on gas tank.
While driving the car shutdown. I pulled over and smelt gas. I looked underneath and I noticed the fuel lines leaking gas onto the exhaust. After looking the closely the fuel sending line has a hole inside the clip, behind the gas tank, holding the brake lines.
I started smelling gasoline while driving. I parked the car. I came out of my office hours later and there was a puddle of gasoline under the driver's side rear tire. I drove home and watched as the fuel gauge went down from a half tank to empty in the time it took me to drive 4 miles from work to home (1 mile in the city and 3 on the highway). This seems to be a problem but my car is not under the recall service because it is in the wrong state. There is a recall on the 2009 Chevrolet Cobalts for this issue but mine is not a part of it and should be obviously.

Gas tank fell off the car in my driveway after backing out over crusty snow. . . . . . . Gas tank bracket broke. . . . . . . . Bracket had rusted away . . . . Gas tank was dragged on driveway 10 feet w/o leaking if I was going 65 miles hour this would have been a desaster.
Fuel gauges go crazy, the gas acceleration and speed gauges sometimes do not work and if the do they go up and down. All the lights I my dashboard light up as well. This usually happens when you turn on the car but it is not constant. It will sometimes happen two weeks in a row, but sometimes after two weeks. The gas tank is also leaking and the left speaker goes out sometimes. Once in a while my keys will get stuck in the ignition.
The check engine light come on showing the gas tank has leak in the line when checked by shop they replaced lines but check engine light still comes on.
