Tl- the contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt. While parked the contact stated the rear passenger side tire became flat. The vehicle was equipped with an inflater kit for the tire instead of a spare tire. The contacts spouse installed the inflater kit and when he attempted to activate it the inflater exploded causing him second degree burns on his right and left arms, feet, and legs. The contact was taken to the hospital. The doctors were unable to neutralize the substance and stated they needed the repair kit for examination in order to treat the burns. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The technicians stated the inflater kit had to be surrendered in order for the vehicle to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 20,000. Rvk.

Back end noise took to a gm dealer to repair, they rearranged the spare tire and said they fixed the problem. Took it back to same place 02/25/2012 same noise they did the same thing and said they fixed problem. 03/02/2012 took to dealer where I purchased the car to repair noise head of service said 2010 chevy Cobalt's make this noise it is a known issue and did not repair at all. I looked on the internet to find if there is a recall and found your website to file a complaint. The noise is coming from the back end of the car and it sounds like metal hitting metal, I want it repaired correctly and soon.
